Terms and Conditions

• "ACCUDY", "we", "us", or "our" refers to ACCUDY, the seller and developer of the themes.
• "Product" or "Theme" refers to any Shopify theme, template, or digital product sold by ACCUDY.
• "License Key" refers to the unique activation key provided to you upon purchase.
• "You" or "Customer" refers to the individual or business purchasing or using our products.

Upon purchase, ACCUDY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on a single Shopify store per license, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Under this license, you may:

• Install and use the theme on one Shopify store
• Modify or customize the theme for your own store's use

Under this license, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share the theme or your license key with any third party
• Use one license on multiple Shopify stores
• Claim the theme or its design as your own original work
• Remove, alter, or bypass any license validation mechanisms included in the theme

Each purchase includes a unique license key required to activate and validate the theme. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing, publishing, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your license without refund.

All prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before the theme and license key are delivered. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all theme purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Important: Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be permanently cancelled. You must remove the theme from your store and discontinue all use of it. Continued use of the theme after a refund has been issued constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• Updates: Active license holders receive theme updates, including bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and feature enhancements, for as long as their license remains valid.
• Support: We provide customer support for theme installation, setup, and general usage. Support does not cover custom development, third-party app conflicts, or modifications made by you or third-party developers.

Support and updates are discontinued immediately if your license is cancelled or refunded.

All themes, designs, code, graphics, and documentation are the intellectual property of ACCUDY and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Any third-party assets included in the theme (such as fonts, icons, or stock images) remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their own license terms.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the theme meets your requirements before purchase by reviewing the theme description, feature list, and demo
• Backing up your store data and theme files before installing updates or making modifications
• Any customizations or code changes made to the theme by you or a third party
• Maintaining the security of your account details and license key

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCUDY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Our themes are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure our themes are free of defects and compatible with the Shopify platform, we do not warrant that the themes will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party app, browser, or future Shopify update.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without notice if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution of the theme, license key sharing, or continued use of the theme after a refund. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the theme and remove it from your store.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
