Shipping Policy

All ACCUDY products — including Shopify themes, license keys, and related digital files — are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical items, so:

• No shipping fees are ever charged
• No shipping address is required at checkout
• No courier, postal service, or physical delivery is involved

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order is delivered as follows:

1. Order confirmation — You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout.
2. Download access — A download link for your theme files will be sent to your email and/or made available in your account dashboard.
3. License key — Your unique license key will be included in your delivery email. This key is required to activate and validate your theme.

Delivery is instant or near-instant in most cases. You should receive your theme files and license key within a few minutes of completing your purchase. In rare cases (such as payment verification or high order volumes), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you have not received your order confirmation or download email within a reasonable time, please:

1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct
3. Contact our support team with your order number and purchase email

We will resend your theme files and license key as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout. If your order was sent to an incorrectly entered email address, please contact us so we can verify your purchase and redeliver your order to the correct address.

As our products are digital, there is nothing to physically return. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day refund window on theme purchases. Please note that custom development projects are non-refundable, and any refunded theme will have its license key permanently cancelled.
